Mildbury is a startup developing an innovative AI-driven SaaS tool for apparel creation, having recently secured pre-seed funding. Currently a small team (CEO and CTO), we're seeking a talented individual to join us and play a key role in our growth.
About the Role:
As a Developer, you’ll have a significant impact on our product and the company’s direction. This full-time position involves a wide range of development tasks, from building and training AI models to developing our SaaS infrastructure. You’ll work closely with the CTO and CEO, contributing directly to the core technology of our AI-driven apparel creation software. You’ll directly influence the product, building key features and growing with an innovative startup.
Responsibilities:
Maintain, develop and implement AI models for the fashion development tool.
Design, build, and maintain the SaaS infrastructure.
Update and refine our UI with a strong focus on UX.
Contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with the team to define and refine product features.
Research and evaluate new AI technologies and methodologies.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
Work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical AI guidelines.
Essential Skills:
Proven experience in AI/ML, including model development and training.
Machine learning & deep learning – Proficiency in PyTorch, Scikit-Learn.
Strong skills in Python, experience in JavaScript.
Solid understanding of computer science principles.
Experience with full-stack development.
A passion for generative AI and interest in its applications in the creative industries.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
Strong system architecture skills.
Desirable Skills:
Background in computer science, mathematics, engineering or a related field.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related technical fields.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP) as well as bare metal deployment.
Experience with Linux (Debian, arch, etc).
Familiarity with front-end development technologies.
Experience with SaaS development.
Knowledge of the fashion industry is not required.
