About The Role (What You’ll Be Doing)
We’re looking for a
Creative AI Implementation Lead to embed AI into the heart of how Euc creates, tests, and scales marketing.
Right now, our creative production and marketing systems are biased towards “what we know.” This role exists to change that. You’ll experiment hands-on with new AI tools, design frameworks that enable faster and lower-friction creative testing, and coach teams to adopt them at scale.
The goal: unlock new opportunities for growth across multiple brands and markets by making AI a core part of our operating model.
You’ll Work On

  • AI in creative production – Experiment with static and video workflows, test emerging tools, and integrate them into our creative pods.
  • System design & implementation – Build repeatable frameworks and playbooks that make AI adoption seamless across global teams.
  • Creative team enablement – Coach and upskill creatives and marketers to use AI effectively, embedding it in daily workflows.
  • Operational efficiency – Identify friction points in marketing operations and design AI-driven processes that improve speed and output quality.
  • Staying ahead – Track industry trends, test new AI capabilities as they emerge, and bring the best ideas into practice at Euc.
