Our global software client is going through a large technology transformation within their Product set and are looking at how they can implement AI solutions to increase automation for SME’s when carrying out mundane bookkeeping and associated accounting tasks. Digital Engineering which is effectively a COE within the Product organisation which aims to provide Engineering Services and Technical Excellence to the largest growth products.
Our client made adopting AI a key priority over the last 2 years and have had success implementing Gen AI across products has allowed for Product growth and improved Customer Experience where the foundations have been created. There has been an acknowledgment that there could potentially be more benefits and ROI obtained from AI within the Product set. These benefits are at a very high level which are very dependent on customer and Product which they utilise. The company currently has around 200 Products within their organisation.
